The Preschool class are breeding fish ! !

They have little angel fish that are starting to hatch. If you are at the center this week go to the preschool class and check it out. The children are really excited.

New Toddler Staff

Parents we want to welcome Ms. Ryan to Wise Choice Learning Childcare. She is working with the toddlers in the late afternoon and evening. She has experience in the childcare setting and with teaching young children through art projects and reading.

Another new staff member is Ms. Elizabeth she will be keeping the center clean and tidy, which is very much welcomed during this cold flu season. Ms. Elizabeth is the mother of two here at Wise Choice, a daughter (as she calls her) Mzz. Diva and a son the host with the most " HHIII".


OOH YEA..

Parents I have put labels and pens in the front sign in / sign out office for you to label inside of coats baby bags, bottles, back packs, cups, 100% juice brought for your children outside of the juice we provide any special snacks/food. The staff are having a hard time locating items. Please remember the staff are not as familiar with your children's items as you are, so help them out and label your child's items.

That's it i guess for now. Stay safe while traveling and dress for the weather.

CHILDREN PHYSICAL CHECK- ENROLLMENT REVIEW

Children's physicals are to be updated annually. Please check with your physician and make sure your child is up to date. If your child has had a physical within this past year and we haven't received a copy, we will need you to supply us with a current copy asap. If the physical date is near (35 days or less) we will need you to schedule an appointment as close to that date as possible if not on the expiration date. Also, call us with your appointment date, so your child's file can be kept in compliance with state policies and procedures.

Also, for all parents who have been with us for a year or more will need to review their enrollment form and make any changes (numbers, jobs, addresses, authorized pickup, emergency contact numbers etc). You will need to sign off on this review so please make sure you let me know if you have not done your enrollment review.

Staff make sure you get the January through March w-2 before you file it has to be adjusted see me today!

Parents call me for your tax talley and the childcares ein # for filing. Some will be able to file others not i have been told that you need to have paid out so much to collect. If you don't get to file it this year then you should ask you tax provider if you can file this years talley amount with next years talley amunt. I think you can do that, but check and make sure with a tax professional.

Also, i wanted to congratulate Shonte' Smallwood for receiving tickets to the Children's Museum located in Cleveland Ohio courtesy of Wise Choice Learning Childcare. We hope Zemiere, Doyal and Damarion had some quality fun time together. Next time we will send the camera so we can post some pics.

Parents the month is almost over and i know that w-2's are probably on there way to you or you've just received them.

Early Birds: If you are ready to file your taxes please don't forget to call me at least 24 hours before so i can get you your childcare Talley. I will have every one's available by the 31st of this month.

Also, here at the center it is time to do our enrollment review. This is where you check numbers addresses authorized pick ups on your child's enrollment and after review and possible corrections we sign off the changes (or not).
